Open Question: Are there any OTC products for facial dermatitis that won’t affect oily acne-prone skin?

I have dermatitis, affect my cheeks, lips, ears and eyebrows. My skin itchy, dry patches, and red. I know that there are many products there, but I am afraid that will only make me broke. I have been to the dermis, and through mimyx and hydrocortisone to spend a lot of money, no work. So, if you could recommend any product is safe for the face, and then will be very grateful. Thanks!
