Open Question: how do i get rid of a huge pimple?

So, I'm sure this is my nose big Zit, I do not know what acne systems. Any advice? The current instant messaging systems, but Neutrogena acne it makes my nose is very oily, I've been using for some time, but now does not show any improvement. I also tried Clearasil acne treatment super-fast, and reduce the size, but I did not do any more. It just wont go away! I need help fast!
