Open Question: Retin-A-Micro 0.04% vs Philosophy Help Me Night Treatment?

My doctor prescribed me retin – 1 micron and 0.04%, because without it, I generally insurance plan does not include it, it is very expensive. I paid the 90. I should return, and get the treatment philosophy and help me at night? Obviously, I dropped out of school and the rest let me straighten out my pores minimized and acne scars. Is a philosophy than I do to help?
