Open Question: Which facial lotion should i use?

I have dry, acne easily and red skin. I would like to know which facial skin lotion is my best. I just need a simple, not too expensive, is not hard to find a solution. I love Clinique dramatically different lotion, but I would like a make-up water will be maintained even in very cold water on my skin, rather than the bubble gum pink, very dry in winter
