Open Question: Can i get salmonella from using this?

I have been looking for homemade acne face masks on Google. I have access to oily skin and acne and I hate it! Really, what's the use I would be helpful. It not only makes the situation worse. Therefore, I think it was hand-made things. There is such a mask to use, I have to do is get an egg yoke, pine needles, and then put my face for 20 minutes. Eggs of vitamin E is trying to help me get rid of red face and strong points and things. But I do not know, as I can from such a salmonella?
