Open Question: How can I get rid of my acne scars?

I just want to know if there are any OTC products that can help reduce facial scarring good. I have never had bad acne all; just zits here and there, but some leave a slight scar. The actual use of laser or similar work is extremely overkill thing. Does anyone have a good product, they would recommend?
