Open Question: Can someone help with my acne?

I do not have terrible acne clear, but it exists. Main Black and small papules, there is no real big thing, but it is almost everywhere. The face, forehead, cheeks, nose, chin, back, shoulders, chest, and even my arms, legs, abdomen and ears have begun to get some. It's really annoying, because I wash twice a day and take a bath every day. I tried pro-active and the other masks on the stage beam, and so I drink a lot of water, and are trying to eat healthy. Help? I need something to act quickly, cheap and so personal secretary, I've seen two doctors, they have provided a number of emulsion things did not really work. I do not want to take medicine.
