Open Question: How do i clear up my skin?

Well, I am now 14, and ever since I was a child three years old, my cheeks are always red, he would face such little bumps (not acne, acne is just small). I went and made active refining mask, but I've been using a month and nothing has happened. I have dry skin, as well. If you have any good skin care products, lemme know.谢谢.
