Open Question: What skin care product can i use for my acne?

I have skin allergies, I broke my jaw and cheeks a lot. Any shrub or a facial cleanser, I can buy in Australia. And engineering !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you:)! ! ps, I know acne products saclyic acid, is good.
